EXAMPLE 4

             Data: Ex4.txt

             Description: In this example, trees 1 and 2 are multi family trees and trees 3 and 4 are single trees. The output files fmts_Tree1 and fmts_Tree2 contain the differents single trees obtained from the trees 1 and 2 respectively.

             Parameters: -f Ex4.txt -r random -c multiple -m split -s all -p n

             How to run: 'perl topd_v* -f Ex4.txt -r random -c multiple -m split -s all -p n' (replace * for the appropiate version)

             Outputs: Ex4.out, fmts_Tree1, fmts_Tree2.
