RANDOM

This software implements two random methods that evaluate whether the similarities between two trees are better than random. The first method (Guided) maintains the topology and randomly reassigns the taxa. The second method (Random) generates trees with the same taxa as the original tree but randomly changes the topology and the position of the taxa.

How to run: to carry out a random analysis the parameter '-r' must be 'random' or 'guided'. By default, the program makes a random analysis with the method called 'random'.
